Because our products are handmade and many are intended for pet use, we handle returns carefully.

Cat Toys

Due to the nature of pet products, used toys cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

Cat Hats

Hats may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

All custom or made-to-order items are final sale.
