All items are handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

During busy seasons (holidays, fall markets, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. Any extended timelines will be noted on the website.

Orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Tightly Wound Knitwit is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
